As a President and Founder of Strategic Bongo, Kristin utilizes her vast business experience and broad technical knowledge to help clients overcome their toughest challenges and improve their business. She is typically involved in all phases of her projects and has proven her ability to think out-of-the-box to inspire new methods that lead to a competitive sustainable advantage. Kristin is a results-oriented leader who prides herself in her ability to deliver effective timely solutions to complex problems with professionalism, accountability, and integrity.

Experience

Kristin Raffaelle brings with her over 21 years of experience within high technology and healthcare markets. She has led efforts in the definition, development and innovation across a range of business systems, inclusive of product and business development, sales and marketing, system engineering and test environments, manufacturing and distribution. Her leadership spans entities of all sizes from Fortune 100 companies where she led global business organizations to emerging not-for-profits. Kristin is highly experienced in navigating the complexity of massive paradigm shifts brought by technological revolutions and economic pressures. Prior to Strategic Bongo, Kristin had the unique opportunity to work with some of the brightest technological and business minds during her tenure at Lucent Technologies and Bell Labs. During this period, Kristin developed a core understanding of managing complex systems and the positive transformative power that Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) could enable for a business. She was front-and-center in creating technology enterprise value through the largest and most complex networks in the world, Telecommunications, with paradigm-shifting Service-Oriented-Architecture (SOA) solutions. Now these technology solutions are available to not only large enterprise and network providers but to businesses of all sizes and vertical segments. Kristin continued to embrace her desire to enable positive change through technology and joined PACeHR Corporation as the Executive Director and CEO. At PACeHR her focus was on identifying and deploying technology across the healthcare ecosystem that would be instrumental in decreasing the overall healthcare system cost while increasing patient quality-of-care. In this role, she reported to a highly knowledgeable Board of Directors comprised of Arizona's Healthcare senior executive leadership, such as United Healthcare's APIPA (CEO), St. Luke's Health Initiatives' (CEO), Arizona's State Medicaid Agency (Deputy Directory), Catholic Healthcare West (CTO). Also within the healthcare technology segment, Kristin lead marketing operations for a mid-size Electronic Health Record developer, iMedica Corporation, as Vice President of Marketing, and at GE Healthcare where she worked in the Centricity Healthcare Information Technology division and Emerging Technologies Group. Prior to GE Healthcare, she was the Director of Global Marketing for Lucent Technologies, a core infrastructure network technology leader, where she led a global team across the United States, United Kingdom, China, and Europe of product marketing, PR, and sales engineering functions for the $1 billion Convergence Solutions business unit. Solutions included Infrastructure-as-a-solution (IaaS) cloud-based: contact center, VOIP systems, next-gen multimedia servers, and associated professional services. Solutions enable trusted solutions to service providers and enterprises world-wide, enabling clients to move at the speed of ideas, both in the lab and in the marketplace. Kristin credits her tenure working under Frank Mars, now President of Symbioscience at Mars, Incorporated, and Thomas C. Pringle (CEO, retired) while at ISC, Inc. for much of her foundational success such as her

Education

Kristin is a graduate of Arizona State University with a BS Degree in Industrial Technology and Engineering; Executive Programs Wharton School of Management
